Tell us where your sites are, which utility serves them and what you want to know. We answer by email, usually within two working days.
What to send
Most questions come down to three things: how many sites you have, roughly how much power they draw, and who your distribution utility is. If you have twelve months of bills, say so and we will tell you what to pull out of them.

We read what you sent, check the pooling rules for your utility’s area, and reply with the next step: usually a request for bills or meter data, or an honest no if the rules do not allow it where you are.
